If you still want to do this, work at 18°C with a large diameter mixing bucket and take into account a very short processing time!

Important: The higher the room temperature (>21 °C) and the larger the amount of casting, the lower the casting height should be. Epoxy resin reacts faster, especially in summer, which can lead to undesirable results.

With large quantities, such as 30 kg, overreactions can occur despite a reduced layer height. We therefore recommend pouring in two layers or using a resin system for larger layer thicknesses. Note: Temperature, pouring volume and layer height are crucial for best results.

Verwenden Sie beim Umgang mit diesem Material immer Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzbrillen. Das Harz bei Raumtemperatur (18 - 25 ° C) und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von weniger als 70 % verarbeiten. Um keine Verformung der Oberfläche zu erhalten, muss die Temperatur während des gesamten Aushärtungsprozesses konstant bleiben. Vermeiden Sie auch direktes Sonnenlicht durch ein Fenster und vermeiden Sie Zugluft.

Mischen Sie die A- und B-Komponente im richtigen Verhältnis (A : B = 100 : 33 nach Gewicht) und mischen Sie gut. Lassen Sie genügend Zeit zum Mischen (2 - 3 Minuten) und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ecken und der Boden der Rührschüssel enthalten sind. Optional können Sie das Ganze in eine zweite Schüssel giessen und erneut mischen. Fügen Sie nun alle Farbeffekte hinzu und rühren Sie erneut um. Lassen Sie Luftblasen für eine Minute entweichen. Wenn nötig, helfen Sie, indem Sie den Becher vibrieren / klappern. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt nicht zu heiss wird!


Das Epoxidharz ist jetzt gebrauchsfertig. Tragen Sie die Mischung mit einem Pinsel / Rolle auf oder giessen Sie die Mischung mit einem dünnen Strahl in die gewünschte Form oder das vorbereitete Modell.


Beachten Sie, dass Sie bei grösseren Mengen eine Rührschüssel mit grossem Boden verwenden. Vermeiden Sie eine dicke Schicht in der Rührschüssel, da diese sich sehr schnell erwärmt!

Das Entfernen von Luftblasen funktioniert am besten mit einem Epoxy Entlüfter oder mit einer Flamme. Bitte verwenden Sie keine Flammen, wenn Sie das Epoxidharz mit Alkohol oder anderen brennbaren Produkten verdünnt haben.


Wenn Sie das Harz in mehreren Schichten auftragen möchten (Mehrschichtarbeit):

Wenn Sie eine zweite Schicht einer Flüssigkeit in eine erste Schicht einer Epoxidflüssigkeit giessen, müssen Sie sicherstellen, dass die exotherme Reaktion vollständig abgenutzt ist. Eine exotherme Reaktion ist eine Reaktion, die Energie freisetzt. In diesem Fall Wärme.

If you see that the resin component is white and flaky, then this is crystallized resin.

Crystallization of epoxy resin is a physical process caused by external factors such as cold or temperature fluctuations. It is fully reversible and is comparable to the freezing of water. The main causes are

1. Temperatures that are too low: crystals can form at temperatures below 15 °C during storage or transport.

2. Temperature fluctuations: The formation of crystals is driven by regular alternation between hot and cold.
High resin purity: Epoxy resin with high purity is more susceptible to crystallization.
3. Low viscosity: Resins with low viscosity tend to form crystals.

This reaction occurs at extremely low temperatures and can be reversed by a water bath (approximately 60 minutes/50 °C).

Simply place the sealed resin container in the water bath. Then allow the resin to cool to normal room temperature.
