Application:
Wire selection: Choose a suitable metal wire that is flexible enough to shape, but strong enough to retain its form.
Cleaning: Remove grease or dirt from the thread to improve the adhesion of the resin.
Shaping: Use pliers to bend the wire into the desired shape, such as flower petals or other artistic figures. Ensure the wire ends are securely fastened.
Assembly: If the design consists of multiple parts, assemble them before dipping in resin. Use extra wire or solder the parts for a stable structure.
Dipping: Carefully immerse the formed wire structure in the UV dip resin until completely covered.
Curing: Allow the dipped mold to cure under a UV lamp for 1–2 minutes.
