The roll coating is a 2K system based on epoxy resin.
It forms a durable synthetic resin floor.
This is particularly suitable for heavily used areas in workshops, garages, storage rooms or as a basis for industrial space use.

Epoxy resin floors are water-resistant, largely chemical-resistant, stain-resistant, break-proof and impact-resistant. In short: floors with epoxy resin are almost indestructible.

An epoxy resin floor coating is an ideal insulation that protects against material deterioration and moisture.

If you see that the resin component is white and flaky, then this is crystallized resin.

Crystallization of epoxy resin is a physical process caused by external factors such as cold or temperature fluctuations. It is fully reversible and is comparable to the freezing of water. The main causes are

1. Temperatures that are too low: crystals can form at temperatures below 15 °C during storage or transport.

2. Temperature fluctuations: The formation of crystals is driven by regular alternation between hot and cold.
High resin purity: Epoxy resin with high purity is more susceptible to crystallization.

3. Low viscosity: Resins with low viscosity tend to form crystals.

This reaction occurs at extremely low temperatures and can be reversed by a water bath (approximately 60 minutes/50 °C).

Simply place the sealed resin container in the water bath. Then allow the resin to cool to normal room temperature.
